ERASMUS: VIBES

The main aim of the project VIBES is to enhance learners virtual team working competencies to cope better in today`s global working environment and create and develop entrepreneurial opportunities for the European single market.

The project will deliver study module(s) with process descriptions of the learning outcomes, learning methods as integrated processes, lists of supportive tools and assessment methods and criteria.

Smartwork Association`s role in the project is to help to lay a foundation for developing a study module that meets the business sector needs. We do this by leveraging our comprehensive overview of the trends happening at the job market as well as by building a bridge between the project partners and the relevant stakeholders.
